Customer Service Representative
Your mission

You work as part of a team to ensure the timely delivery of our essential products.

You strive to implement our high standards of customer satisfaction.

You communicate with our customers and representatives in Canada and the United States.

You are responsible for the complete order processing (from quotation to invoicing) as well as the coordination of logistics.
Your profile

You have 2-3 years of experience in order processing or Customer Service.

You are proficient in the entire MS Office suite and are familiar with ERP systems, ideally Navision.

You are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

You enjoy working in a team and are characterized by a structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
- Desired salary range: $60,000–$70,000 per year
